There is plenty of car parking available on the ground but should there be a lack of spaces, please park outside Valley End School or outside the Windlesham Park ground both of which are 2-3 mins walk away. Please do not park on the road outside Woodlands Lane ground.
Format: First match due to start at 9am. Trophy & medal presentation no later than 5.30pm.
There will be 3 x 7 over group matches
After the group/league games, a round of positional play-off matches will be played. First place group A, plays first place group B to determine winner and runner-up in the festival. Second place group A, plays second place group B to determine third placed team in the festival. Third place group A, plays third place group B. Fourth place group A, plays fourth place group B. This format is adopted to ensure all teams entered have four games on the day (unless rain affects).
Food and Refreshments: ● A BBQ will be open throughout the day, serving Breakfast Rolls from 9.00am ● Naan and Sizzle (https://naanandsizzle.com/valley-end-cricket-club) will be on the ground from 12.00 serving Indian street food. ● Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available from the kitchen throughout the tournament. ● A set price BBQ lunch, consisting of a good quality Beef or Vegetarian burger/ Hot Dog or Veggie Hot , Chicken Nuggets or Bacon Roll, chips and a can of soft drink for £6.50. Halal options available ● For players this can be ordered and paid for in advance with the Players Lunch Order Form. Team forms must be given to the kitchen by 10.15 on the match day. ● Supporters can order directly from the kitchen. ● The Club Bar will be open from 11am
